This menu tells the story of a summer evening—calm, warm, and full of flavors.
It begins lightly: asparagus with a hint of brandy and crispy ham awakens the appetite like the first ray of sunlight. Then comes delicacy—zucchini flowers with a creamy filling and fresh broad beans, like a moment of silence in a garden.
Chilled soup brings refreshment and a breath of cool air, while the main course is the culmination—juicy lamb with chanterelles and young vegetables, rich in depth and aroma.
Finally, dessert: lemon panna cotta with strawberries—light and fresh, like the soft glow of a sunset.
