During this evening, Head Chef Maciej Glanowski will take guests on an unforgettable journey of flavors, serving a signature tasting menu full of seasonal inspirations and exquisite combinations.

The evening on January 31 will begin with a whisper from the kitchen – a crisp pastry served with velvety vegan lard. A promise of what’s to come, a wink, and the words: “Come, I’ll show you something special.”
Next: smoked duck carpaccio accompanied by fig mousse, finished with cherry gel. Here, everything meets – smoke with fruity freshness, velvety textures with gentle acidity.
Then comes comfort: guinea fowl broth with pumpkin ravioli. Each spoonful is warmth that spreads slowly, patiently, gently.
The main course is the culmination of the story – veal tenderloin accompanied by cabbage rolls made of roasted grains and mushrooms, with a cognac sauce. This dish speaks of tradition that matures, of flavors that remember the past but are not afraid to move forward.
Finally, a sweet finale with character: halva parfait with pear and sea buckthorn. The dessert closes the story with lightness, leaving a memorable accent on the evening.
