At the Hotel Swing, you will be welcomed by a courteous and professional team. We will assist you with all aspects of your event, both during the planning stage and throughout its execution. You can expect understanding and full commitment from us. We are open to all ideas, visions, and themes for your event. We successfully organize anniversary celebrations, holiday parties, family gatherings, corporate events, banquets, and even balls with live music. If needed, we will roll out a red carpet at the entrance and welcome your guests with a glass of chilled champagne. We can set up a stage, hang curtains, provide professional sound systems, and enhance the interiors with suitable lighting – all tailored to your needs.

Every gathering deserves a culinary setting that highlights its unique character. Our menu proposals combine elegance, seasonality, and distinctive flavors, creating an experience that lingers in memory.

Banquet / Ball

Sophisticated compositions created for events that require an exceptional setting. Perfect for evenings filled with elegance, music, and celebration. We recommend:

• Pork loin in cranberry and red wine sauce, served with potato dumplings and herb-roasted root vegetables
• Turkey fillet stuffed with apricots, served with thyme, roasted potatoes, and caramelized beetroot

Corporate Integration Event

A menu designed for a more relaxed atmosphere, shared moments, and positive energy. Hearty, aromatic dishes that pair perfectly with lively conversations around the table. We recommend:

• Grilled bone-in pork chop steak, roasted potatoes, Savoy cabbage with pancetta
• Cod in orange sauce, broccoli gratin, green beans

First Communion & Christenings

Delicate and elegant flavors that perfectly complement the family atmosphere of these special occasions. Subtlety, freshness, and lightness define this menu. We recommend:

• Sous-vide pork tenderloin, thyme sauce, young potatoes with dill, young cabbage
• Tart with arugula salad, balsamic chicken, and pomegranate; cannoli with white chocolate cream and pistachios

We also offer the possibility to taste selected main courses and desserts before making the final menu choice. Details are arranged individually to tailor the offer to the nature of the event and guests’ preferences.

Thanks to our many years of experience and professional team, we are a trusted partner in organizing events.

• During the First Communion season, we organize up to 100 receptions, and nearly 200 events annually – ranging from large corporate functions to intimate post-wedding dinners;
• Our event halls allow us to host both smaller gatherings for up to 20 guests and larger celebrations for as many as 300 attendees;
• We are located in the northern part of Kraków, just a 10-minute taxi ride from the Main Market Square, with spacious parking available for both cars and coaches;
• We offer accommodation with breakfast for guests, including packages combined with access to the Water Park and Sauna Zone;
• A wide menu selection – fully customizable to individual needs and preferences, prepared by the experienced culinary team of Quickstep Restaurant under the supervision of Head Chef Maciej Glanowski;
• We can arrange a tasting of selected dishes before the event;
• Depending on your needs, we can provide room decorations, a photographer, children’s entertainment, additional sound systems, and more;
• Each event is assigned a dedicated coordinator throughout its duration.

What is the capacity of the largest event hall?
The largest hall can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Is parking available for guests?
Yes, parking at the hotel is free of charge for guests.

Do you offer accommodation for guests?
For event guests, we can arrange accommodation in our hotel.

Do you offer vegan / gluten-free menus?
Yes, we do. We can adapt the menu to the needs of guests attending a given event.

How far in advance should I book?
Large events should be booked at least six months in advance. The First Communion season is a particularly busy period for us, so we recommend booking even up to two years in advance. Smaller events for up to 50 people do not require such long notice—about two weeks is usually enough to arrange all details.
