On this special night, we will take our guests on a luxurious journey into the New Year. The Royal Express New Year’s Eve 2025/2026 offers a unique atmosphere inspired by a luxury train traveling along Europe’s most beautiful routes.
The ball will take place from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a DJ guiding you through a dance journey across decades, styles, and rhythms. An open bar with a selection of premium drinks, a cozy, elegant atmosphere, and our sophisticated interiors will make every midnight toast truly unforgettable.
A Culinary Journey Through Europe
The menu, crafted by Quickstep Restaurant’s Head Chef Maciej Glanowski, is a true journey of flavors. Each course is a different station, a different memory, a different culture. The evening begins with an exquisite French appetizer, opening the culinary journey full of elegance and subtle aromas. Next, we stop in Germany to enjoy a classic soup presented in a modern way.
The main course brings a Croatian-Italian harmony of flavors, and for the finale, guests will be seduced by the sweetness of a Turkish dessert, rich in exotic and oriental character. After the four-course dinner, guests can visit additional buffet stations inspired by cuisines from various countries. Each station is another stop on the journey: Hungary, Italy, Turkey, Austria, and Romania. It’s a culinary map of Europe, ready to be explored at your own pace, tasting regional flavors and celebrating this special time.
