On the occasion of St. Martin’s Day, we invite you to Quickstep Restaurant at Hotel Swing**** in Krakow, where from November 10–16, 2025, a special St. Martin’s Day menu prepared by our Head Chef Maciej Glanowski awaits you.

This is a culinary journey through the flavors of autumn, full of harmony and elegance. It begins with goose pierogi, wrapped around smoked plums and sage butter. The main course features confit goose leg, served with celeriac purée, caramelized pear, and cherry demi-glace – a dish that perfectly combines tradition with the finesse of contemporary cuisine. To finish, enjoy almond crème brûlée with maple syrup, a delicate and aromatic touch of sweet indulgence.
